Why does media misguide?

Yesterday, Kantipur Tv, a private national television channel, had said there was three 50 overs matches, two T/20s and a 3 day match in the series against Marilebone Cricket Club (MCC) and they told Nepal lost a T/20 match and won all other matches, what is this? is it true? why do they give wrong information? Don’t they know? or what?
And in www.dainikee.com said Nepal scored 73 runs for 2 wickets in the first day of the 3 day match and at the crease Gyanendra with 45 runs and Shakti with 42 runs. The fallen wickets were Paresh with 14 and Dipendra scored 8 runs. How could it be possible? 45+42+14+8=73 runs, how did they calculate?
I have seen many others also making lots of mistakes; So why do they make these mistakes? Aren’t they serious about their job?
What do you think?
