The Semifinal: NEPAL Vs Malaysia

Posted by Prabin the सोभित on बुधवार, अप्रील 7, 2010

Today’s match is a semifinal between Nepal and Malaysia at the same ground where Nepal played yesterday.

Nepal is gone through to semifinal with a very good record of winning all round robin matches impressively where as Malaysia is also impressive in their matches, beat UAE with in 27.1 overs and Bhutan in only 5.2 overs and narrowly lost to mighty Afghanistan by only one run and they are the favorite to win all the moment of that match except final 2, 3 overs.

Nepal has shown all their talents to beat all the teams comprehensively, first they beat defending champion by large 118 runs after making 236 runs on the board, then beat Oman, Singapore and Kuwait by 6, 7 , 8 wickets respectively. They are not really tested for their cool in those match which might cost in semifinal but I am very confident on them to continue their dream to the final

lets see what happen their… check www.nepalkuwait.com for live updates…

  1. a great come back by nepal.Especially the captain Paras. We literally had lost this game if it were not 2 wickets by Paras in the death overs. We will win this trophy.Believe in yourselves. We need to bat well. Our bowling is grt.We believe u.Just bat well.Rest shall b history.

Sobhit ji, 5th wicket down bhaisakyo…tapaiko update maa ajha pani 3 wickets nai dekhako chha.

  3. Nepal hav done grt to score a mammoth 271/6 in allotted 50 overs.Good going guys. The classic Veswakar struck possibly his greatest knock for his unbeaten 97.Shakti as always proved his worth n will prove it once he comes to bowl.It has been a great run of form for M.chetri and he should continue his form in the final against Afganistan(Fingers crossed ,yet Nepal are yet to bowl).the unfortunate thing has been the captain Paras.I hope he comes to form in the finals.Just a thing to remind the openers.Mandal has been in great nick.Forget todays innings. You can do it..In the final one of the openers has to be at the crease at least for half of the innings. That ll lay the foundation for a great score. If we can post 250 + in the finals ,our bowlers can do it for us.If we ball first Sanjam,Mehboob,Das, Gauchan, and paras can give us the trophy. We need to bat well.Afganistan are a grt batting side. Our bowling can rattle them.Good luck guys.We hope ull land in kathmandu with the trophy.N a warm welcome awaits all of u.
